1. The New Orleans International Event
As we busily prepare for what’s sure to be our biggest event yet, we want to make sure you’re prepared to make the most of your time in the Big Easy!
- Download the 5LINX® Events app to your smartphone/tablet so that you have quick access to all the information including schedule, maps, venue details and more. 5linxevents.com/mobileapp/
- Review the schedule and plan to attend either the ND and above Training or one of the SVP Q&A sessions happening Wednesday at 7:00pm
- Plan to attend all the trainings on Thursday. Product updates and business building trainings will be taking place in three different rooms.
- You won’t want to miss the opening of the General Session for some major announcements.
- Visit the onsite 5LINX® store for the latest materials and branded merchandise to promote your business.

2. 5LINX Social Media – Changing the Way You Do Business.
Social media is constantly growing and changing, making it very important that you keep up to speed on the newest social media resources. 5LINX has many social media resources in place for you to keep up to speed and stay ahead of the competition by building, improving and maintaining your online presence. Did you know that 5LINX has an event hashtag on twitter so that you can see your tweet up on the big screen in general session at the International Events, as well as communicate with those in and outside of the event via Twitter? Tweet anything with #5LINXevents in it and you will be seen on the big screen during general session, as well as all over Twitter! This is a great way to build hype and excitement for the company, our reputation and the events.
We also offer social media training at each International Training Event that you should most definitely take advantage of. Learn about some of the newest social media technologies, resources and all of the new social media 5LINX offers to help you create, grow and succeed in the business. 3. Guck’s Pique Call
During the last week of December, 5LINX was made aware that the Jason Guck, 3-minute pique interest call (585-420-4582), was no longer functioning. We are working diligently to get the phone number re-established and the call re-posted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
4. Get Energy Certified at the New Orleans International Event!
As a benefit of the New Orleans International Event, 5LINX Representatives who are not energy certified can get certified just for attending the energy presentation on January 11, 2012. You will not need to pay through your virtual office and take the training online. This is a “one time only” opportunity to attend the energy training, pay your $45 certification fee and get certified. Getting certified is that easy! Ask about the energy training at registration. Don’t miss this chance to grow your business with energy!
