5LINX is focused on partnering with vendors that share the commitment we have to our representatives. We have a zero tolerance policy with vendors that do not pay commissions to our representatives. Unfortunately, our previous energy vendor Major Energy has stopped commission payments to 5LINX for all energy accounts. As a result, we can no longer continue to pay commissions on these accounts. An email was sent out to all representatives who have or are Major Energy customers.
As a gesture of goodwill, however, 5LINX will honor the points associated with all existing Major Energy accounts for the next 90 days (through September 26th, 2017), after which the order will close.
Additionally, we have strengthened our partnership with XOOM Energy to better serve the residential market moving forward. We apologize for the inconvenience this change may cause, and encourage you to take the new energy certification training available in your Virtual Office.
